Argentine tango feet

It has been know for some time now that Argentine Tango dancing is a wonderful way to prevent alzheimer's disease and dementia.  Additionally, as of 2015 there is a study that indicates that it will also benefit Parkinson's patients. Some of the benefits are:

  • improving balance and functional mobility in patients with PD.
  • helping with walking difficulties especially for freezing of gait and to prevent backward falls.
  • improving working memory, control of attention, and multitasking

Both men and women commonly experience chest pain or discomfort during a heart attack.  However, women can experience a heart attack without chest pressure.  And, women are more likely than men to experience other common symptoms, such as back pain, jaw pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, and nausea and/or vomiting.  Even when these symptoms are subtle, get help immediately!
